I started thinking about what if his father put him up to making her life miserabe like brianwashing him or something and her affecting his magic did something and that's why he was concerned about weighed she was okay after falling into the water. I'm not saying that it's okay for what he has done and just did but I just think it would be cool if they could kill their "Family" together.
