yeah it looked like the uke only bullies Misaki when the seme is around and he's not so hostile when he's alone with Misaki. Or at least, he grows closer to him...

They all grow closer by the end of volume 2, so that's good. And the one that is being bullied knows it isn't 'sincere' bullying.
