I personally have no doubts that Sarada is Sakura's daughter and it's not just because Kishi said it himself, but because I believe, that Sasuke really loves Sakura and wanted to have family with her.
As for Karin - I always liked her, but since forever I shipped Sasuke and Sakura so...sorry Karin, maybe next time ;)
