He hasn’t decided for her if he decided for her she wouldn’t be around her he’s just jealous and it’s great that he isn’t acting on his thoughts
Hes not really jealous of her having friends. He doesnt like Raelle because of the past. He is possessive but he doesnt really show or act on it much.
I mean he's not jealous of her having friends, he's more wary of Raelle because she shows clear interest in Yunifer. Raelle also clearly dislikes him.

Yeah, it's clearly a fact that BOTH him and Raelle dislike each other and are trying to win Yunifer's heart. He knows Raelle is doing it on purpose and trying to push him away. Plus, not like he's dragging Yunifer around and forcing her to do this and that. He never shows his jealousy to her and keeps it to himself.
They're cute together, but his... tendency to get jealous... while I understand why given his past... still doesn't excuse the fact that he's being toxic in his possessiveness of her. In a wholesome relationship, both partners would be glad that the other has friends and wouldn't be trying to separate them. Like... he can SEE that she's getting along with white haired girl, so is he deciding FOR her that she should stay away from that girl???
