Japan to English translation is always iffy. There's not a 100% translation. You can read it as "can I take you?" Or something like that
Its not same meaning as english 100%!!!!!!!!

"Can I rape you?" is probably the worst question to ask anyone ever. Even as a joke. Especially as a joke. Pretty bad joke, though.
