Literally everyone acting like this was well written. No. Was it wild, dramatic, addicting, and often entertaining? Yes. The characters are easy to latch on to because the art is nice and the interactions are often funny and clever. But when you re-analyze, literally everything is so toxic and nobody really gets any real closure. Gun is in such a toxic relationship with his brother and despite how the story may try to frame it, he is extremely emotionally abused and brainwashed into thinking it’s okay. Him and his brother never get this issue addressed and it’s implied they’re just gonna keep having this toxic weird relationship forever. The chemistry between a lot of the characters also just sucks and the “taboo”ness and drama is the only thing that makes them worth reading otherwise they’re all kind of awful people and nobody really gets a satisfying conclusion. Basically nobody really grows or changes and no relationship really works out.
