I’m almost positive that, in reality, it really is an ACTUAL cat that Haru has but he’s projecting Rin onto him and therefore that’s what we as the readers see since we see it from Haru’s point of view.

This is actually really cute, but why is it that Haru doesn't recognize Rin? It's like Rin is a completely different person to Haru even though he looks the same...? And I think the ending should have been longer. More concrete.
