Alot of ppl are complaining and saying that the characters are bland and stone cold but what else should they be? The duke and MC have lost everyone they've cared about, plus they're both currently struggling and fighting their own battles in order to get revenge and live in a better world. I understand the art style may not be ppl's cup of tea and if so then dont continue reading or just dont comment bc the translators cannot do anything about the art
