I forget the title.. Can someone help me to find that manga?

I read one manga who the top and bottom have a same mark(flower) and they're connected(the bottom got an accident but the top who get that scar). Sometime the bottom brother put more attention, maybe he like the bottom. The name of the top is Ichijyou.
I can't wrote this manga in detail, because I'm not fluent in English. Sorry if the language of this question are strange. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

there was this dj where both are uke, so they use a vibrator in the end.I can't remember its name.I'll post it here if I find it :)
