I agree with you partly. Masayuki was definitely led on, but he didn't also made it really, as in really clear that he's serious. It became some sort of an inside joke, or a comfortable 'elephant in the room' idea that they got used to and didn't talk about seriously.
And Hating Gino for having partners would be rather hypocritic. Having a lot of partners don't mean thay are incapable of having a relationship. That isn't the case all the time. You can't always expect the person you were with would be a virgin, or someone who strongly abstained from Sex.

he hooked up with a lot of girls, yeah but like he's just doing it for pleasure. he wasnt even aware of his own feelings until keito exploded. so ngl no harm was done to anyone.
yall might be mad at keito for technically leading masayuki on for like 3 years but i dont think keito actually confessed to masayuki. masayuki may have given hints but never downright said it and keito prob caught on but didnt want to make things awkward (he said it himself).
