he's the one who dared her to attend school as a boy, but now he's upset that somebody found out. like shiru says, he should be happy, so why is he acting like that? she's reminding him that all of this has only been a facade/a bet, and that's all. he's upset now because of several reasons: a) well it's generally not good if people find out you're something you're not (people might give her a hard time, or think she's gross/attention-seeking, etc) b) they're not just two people with a bet, they're friends. but she's seems adamant on keeping it as "just a bet" c) he thinks she thinks he only cares about the money or the bet, when he clearly cares about her. he's frustrated.
