This scenario happened to me.
May close friend, whom I told about me and my boyfriend's problem, took him away after we broke up. I didn't know that the guy she said she likes was him.
I tried to reconcile, but I never go that far.
In the end I supported them. I even adviced my friend about my ex amd she sometimes tell me stories about them.
