How Seungho could spot out Nakyum got kidnapped:
1) Footsteps in the snow (Although they could've been taken care of, I dunno)
2) Nakyum seemed to be still wearing houseshoes (Or however these things are called lol) in ch. 59, it'd be odd if he ran away with houseshoes esepcially in friccin winter
3) Nakyum not taking his painting set
4) Maybe smth related to his hand being hurt idk
