I suppose the next lesson is to kick your pregnant girlfriend to the curb if you find out something you don't like about her parentage. After all, she's female, so the circumstances of her birth are obviously her fault. Of course, if you find out that your late aunt was OK with her husband's adulterous relationship, that makes everything fine.
