From what I have heard and read that yes, Jieun did live for longer. I think a few more years after Tia's death. And Duke Zena did to her what he did to Tia, poisoned her and she lost her baby just as Tia did.

Carsein is so much better for her than the Emperor. No past baggage and Carsein is so sweet.
On another note, did Jieun just imply that she lived for longer in the other timeline? And that things went bad for her too? I hate S2 manga translations. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
