I don't know but this story line seems similar to katekyo but there the uke thought the lady was his older sister whereas the lady was his grandmother.... And later they made fun of it...

sorry for my english. i honestly forgot about the WHOLE storyline but i do remember one chapter. so like the uke have to get permision to the seme mother that is actually his older sister, and when the uke tell her that he will make him happy bla bla bla ( i think) they reveal that thats actually a test(?) to know if the uke is actually in love with the seme(?) yeah and that the time uke know his mother is his older sister, and btw they have conflict cuz they want an encestor cuz the seme is like yakuza or an ceo(?) but actually the older sister is the next ruller(?)
