He was shaking and making weird faces on some panels idk maybe some monster is pretending to be him
Maybe it's not Hwan and maybe its Jin guy or some villain with Hwan's face just to have sex with the uke. The uke has had sex with so many villains, I cant even rule out this crazy thought.
