I think the sequel came first tho!! In the author notes of the sequel the mangaka talks about wanting to explore the two’s relationship in highschool.
so I think it’s more accurate to call that story the main story and this one a prequel/side story
I can't believe I read the sequel first. and here I was reading this and feeling like i read it in my past life or something lol
