i mean the way they met was REALLY weird, the seme likes making boys cry which is pretty weird too, we also don't know shit abt the seme except that he's a med student. and yeah they do have a happy ending. the story's like,,, 6/10. i just really really like the way the seme's so considerate, he constantly asks for consent which i think is pretty good.
