I really recommend works from Katsura Komachi. There are some titles with heavy themes, but the art is pretty and some characters are nearly perfect. My favourite is Rouge(because Nagato is the king of consent) , but Hana to junketsu is a bit more lighthearted
Oregetsu Tanaka also has some great works. You might enjoy Neon sign Amber
SUZAKA Shina he's got some really good ones that are simliar. I like that art style as well and the story structures are compact like that as well. Some of his work has sequels and prequels so that's nice. I really recommend this guys work.
