Do you guys all remember that the first few chapters were narrated by a future Yu Yang? And he mentioned things like amnesia due to a car crash, terminal cancer etc. I think that not all of this will happend to them, but what is if the cancer thing is true. And Li Huan will end up with terminal cancer and after his death Yu Yang is thinking back on how their story began and this is what we were reading until now. I know this theory is horrible, I hope that I am wrong about it. But seriously chinese BL stories love to kill characters when it hurts the most, so I don't trust that Here U Are will have a happy end for now.

He kind of was, but maybe the author only wanted to trick us. After reading a lot of chinese BL novels I lost the ability to trust the authors, because every time someone dies. Though I still hope this here will be a normal happy end.

So basically Li huan is going to the hospital cuz he has some illness that he needs to get treatment for, but he doesn’t want Yu yang to get worried so he doesn’t tell him, yang yang takes this the wrong way and thinks Li huan isn’t interested in him anymore
