no, that passed out scene was from a flash back, when the seme didnt really care for the uke. the seme didnt want that to repeat so he stopped when the uke told him to. character development :))

i think theyre really cute dont get me wrong I just found it weird that he kept telling him to stop to the point where he passed out:(
