Well as i remember it's because in the previous chapters you can see that he already knew that param is gay and that he had a crush on him but he ignored that. And in the meantime while param and hwi were getting closer and closer mr. han was bothered by that cuz he didn't have all of param's attention anymore.
Oh not to mention how he seems to treat his other sex buddies ^^ yes yes he seems like a lovely gentleman! XD
But overall I don't dislike the dude!!

I dislike a man that played other feelings.. Mr han know param crushed on him but do nothing. When param meet hwi, why he suddenly make a move on param.. That's we called manipulative man and heartbreaker. His attitude that ppl hate it.
