Their not blood related the 2brothers are from different familiy the Browned hair dude(Chizuru) confesses to her that he likes her.. Then in like next next chapter he gets sick cuz he didnt get much sleep cuz he stays at his best friends house cuz he doesnt wanna disturb the FL? And then the FL said that shes sorry etc. they went on a "date" the blond bother(Mitsuru) stalked them, then the browned hair brother (Chizuru) hugged her she said she doesn't like then the other brother stepped in they talked that they will protect each other yadayada and then they lived happily ever after (〜￣△￣)〜 i was shooked nothing interesting happened #－.－) But i do recommend it great story but the plot is 50/50
