I dunno. It's got shounen ai as part of the genre, and Kojirou is described as dense. It could take a while before they consummate their love :(

sometimes they label it shounen-ai when the action hasn't happened yet. But yeah I totally get what you are saying :D but hey I'm up for fluff tooo!!
