i don't see why would you not continue. it might be confusing for you now, but it's not like the story already ended without clarifying anything.
I know it. But, my brain can't take the story as complicated as this. Plus, it's still ongoing, and when it got update next week I already forgot the previous story. In the end, my mind didn't follow the story and just let it be like "whatever" and tbh I hate myself like that. I don't wanna waste my time to think hard, to go back to some previous chapters to connect the thing to things, and still get nothing. I don't mean it I don't like the complicated story, but this manga is another level and the complicated is not attractive to me.
i feel that, to a certain degree. to be fair, i don't really remember what was happening in the beginning either. might re read the whole thing again once it's finished.
