Seme (forgot his name) has been almost harassing and pushing over his boundaries for him to accept his feelings and go out with Seme. It's been 292817 chapters like that, of course he would not give in that easily while having trust issues and being reserved when it comes to feelings. Now that the Seme got what he wanted so bad, he forgets about it the next morning. OF COURSE Kenji would get hurt and hit him, it's how the author wrote him as the tsundere he is.
