For all you guys wanting to know what kageyama probably said about Hinata was actually in few last panel but it was kuroo saying that "Kageyama said that chibi-chan is the strongest between them". So we can assume Kageyama said that " Hinata is the strongest between us".

I think Kageyama revealed that they’re mates/ in a relationship because Kuroo said he is also the dumbest . Lol
