I believe it is shounen ai. The only scene I can remember is :
MC#1 just move in to the college dorm. His 3 roommates planned on welcoming him but he does not care, that made MC#2 to hate him. MC#1 has an illness and needs to take his medicine on time. One day, he failed to take the medicine because MC#2, who has the key, intentionally went back to the dorms VERY late, so MC#1 has no choice but to wait for him outside for a long time, and that made him sick.
MC#2 thought that what MC#1 is taking is just vitamins, so when he found out that it is a medicine to his illness, he felt so guilty of what he has done.
