I see a lot of comments where I don't exactly agree with. I always interpreted Nii-chan as a twisted Psychological story and not a Romance BL. Yes the "couple" is mlm but that's not what the manga is about at all. Some of y'all are saying that this is too realistic when it's supposed to be. If it wouldn't be as realistic as it is now it would loose the entire point that everything happening in this manga is absoloutly HORRIBLE. It was never a light hearted story. Also did you notice how Harada likes to include smut in her manga but at the beginning of Nii-chan when the protagonist was a child there were no explicit smut scenes, only later on when he became older? So saying that Harada is a shotacon artist is too much. I will say it again, this is NOT a Romance, this is about two very mentally ill people and if you can't handle stories with heavier subjects this manga isn't for you! (btw sorry for any grammar or spelling mistakes, I am not a native english speaker.)
