I mean it's still probably super traumatizing for Shoto to hear that his own brother is a villain who was after his head just because of their dad. And stacking that up with all of his other childhood trauma is not looking good for the child. He looks fucking terrified. And just when things were starting to look better between him and Endeavor too.
Not to mention the media is most likely gonna be after him now too and practically try to force him to reveal his trauma to the public (though idk how Horikoshi will write the aftermath of the reveal so that's just speculation)
