the blind guy didn’t die. After the fire when his long lost lover found him he carried him out of the house and the old man said ‘to be careful there’s a fire on the mountains’ the blind guy lover said ‘thank you gramps’ and then the blind boy lifted up the covers from his eyes and smiled before saying we could start a new life.
