I guess they should ban yaois without consent then! That fixes all!
Every rape manga has these discussion n arguements, no nobody likes crime in real life . It should be subjevtive if any one wants to complain or anyone wants to like it. But one shouldnt be judgemental. Cz this is totally not normal , n shouldnt be done in real life . I guess people here know this much!
I honestly think they should ban yaoi that have no consent but I understand some people don't actually have a problem with it and are okay with reading said things, which I understand. However, they SHOULD require manga/hwa/hua to have some sort of rape tag/non consensual sex tag for all readers to know and be aware of the scenes they may encounter while reading. We all know this is wrong in real life (I really do hope everyone knows this) but the majority of the problem lies with how insensitive rape content can be for some readers. After all, authors usually try to appeal to a big audience and rape scenes can again, make A LOT of readers uncomfortable. Also, I don't think anyone has been judgemental, but maybe just a bit insensitive by making certain comments approving of and romanticising (not really the word I'm looking for but I don't know how else to describe it) some of the seme's actions.
Last time I went through the comments, I really didn't see anyone being judgemental but that could have changed as of recently actually, idk.
Lol i agree with u , but there literally are rape tags here , n im not actually bothered by it , but if the mc personality is worst , then it becomes difficult for me too, still i read for the plot n that i can still take in this manhwa somehow , may be ive read the worst semes. But if someone says about a certain scene that they like it , then i wont judge them for being romanticizing n normalising it , or of twisted character like most people do here, cz they might just be joking cz almost everyone here posts funny comments n cracks jokes
You guys do realize that people have the right to complain about reading something they don't like, right? And you guys also realize that the only reason why most yaoi have rape scenes in it is because people normalize it in fictional works, right? MAYBEEEE if there was more consensual sex in yaoi, people wouldn't be wasting their time reading manhwa like this and complain about it. Like if people want to express how they feel and why they are dropping it or are frustrated with this, let me them lol. That's like the WHOLE point of having the topics section...
