No there are two grandpas..one lives up the mountain and is 100 yrs old. The one who met yiyi and rourou, his son is the grandpa u see in hospital terminally sick and gonna die soon I think. He has not met yiyi or rourou.. And his eldest son is fengfeng's father who is Ded way before
