yeah but i just wanted to tell people when using the LEGAL term rape that in the legal world there is no such this as level of intoxication as long as you have ingested alcohol no mater how "high" your tolerance is your are not allowed or considered eligible to give consent. Well...... They both ingested alcohol in the past 24 hrs so it could be considered statutory rape.... But b/c they are the same age the boundaries are not as clear. Like some of y'all are using this term "rape" without know the legal logistics of it. This specifically cant be clear cut and counted as rape but consent could not be given by either party cause the both drank some beer. So lemme make this clear so you guys understand what I mean- It does not matter how drunk you are, who initiated it, or if someone says yes or no. In this situation they both had alcohol so no one is in a clear mindset.
