help find this yaoi

i read this yaoi a while back and i forgot the title. however, i rmb that the uke went through something which resulted in him having a personality spilt. the personality split resembled a young boy. then the seme, uke and the uke's other personality (child) became a family. at the end, the setting is at a cafe where the seme and uke are the owners. the uke's other personality (child) helps around the cafe by taking orders. since at this point the seme and uke have sex often, they become concerned that the uke's other personality (child) may not like interacting in gay sex. they ask the child persona and the child persona says they like having sex with the seme (essentially his dad but whatever). pls help me find this, thanks in advance :)
