I don't think I could have phased it anymore accurately. You have described this thought perfectly. You are right. As another disabled person, I can sympathized and understand those thoughts and problems. However, I learned that real friends or people that truly cares wouldn't see your needs and wants as bothersome or inconvenient. This manga was relatable to a lot of people. This version of omegaverse is a direct metaphor to what disabled people have to deal with in real life. We're either treated as "after-thoughts" or not accommodated at all. Even when we finally accept ourselves the way we are, the guilt from being an inconvenience to others never goes away.
