Think about it, Soo-won was the actual target. It was a slow acting poison, and Soo-won was supposed to be the one at the meeting, not Yona. Plus one delicate already said they would stay the night, without even asking, before the dead guy got sick. If they test her gown they can prove he was poisoned before she cared for him, but the fact remains, Soo-won was the one they had really planned to frame, Yona just got in the way.
Oh damn checking the gown for poison now that's smart. But it's doubtful people had that kind of technology in the time period this is set in.
