well iris is still a foreste since her mother is rose foreste it's just that her father is not viscount mesala's brother.... and i forgot annakin's background since it has been a long time i stopped at ch 71 which was the latest chapter at that time
before nera saw the picture of the duke and rose foreste I've had connected the dots abt viscount mesala saying to annakin that iris is not his biological sibling before he died and the duke saying "we have the same eyes" after coincidentally seeing iris in the palace and then bam! nera seeing that picture which confirmed the connections in the plot
