He may not actually be dead. No body was found. Also yeah I agree, Moonhyuk was definitely traumatized especially after seeing Chagang having sex with that politician. And seeing Yeonjin doing the same triggered it.

Yes, chagang is DEAD. Moonhyuk is mistaking the CEO for Chagang because of the words he said, not only in bed but also at the office, that triggered him. Apparently chagang's death (probably in front of his eyes seeing his flashbacks) traumatized him as they had a strong bond.
And CEO knows he is being mistaken for chagang, he knows about the bond and is mad abut it. the detective at the end is a new character.
