From the looks of the sleeves, I think it's the King or the Crown Prince's.
Referring to Chapter 6, The King's sleeves are also red. So I think it's either the two of them. (〜￣△￣)〜..

LoL. So do I, If an obsessive Crown Prince is after me I would jump in a portal, no second thoughts or questions asked.
Reading the story so far, I think the King is trying to change his view of the Princess and he is "trying" to care for the Princess.
I also have a theory, That, the Crown Prince would change his attitude about the Princess after he learns of her intentions. It just a theory though.

Okay so you can tell who is who when you look at the cover by looking at the hands but who the hell is the one putting the crown on her head!!!
The one touching her hair is the guild master since he doesn't seem like the type to wear Noble clothing
The one giving her the flower is Daniel the assassin
The person holding the glass shoe is Cain the person with black hair and
The one holding her hand is the Knight the one with the sliver hair
