OMG.. i just finished reading the poem and it is so similar!!!! I get what ur saying it also says nevermore in the poem the logo of the foundation is also similar!!! To the logo of the agency in the manga!!!
Omg!!! its not a coincidence!! (I think so) there are so much similarities! I think its based on that!! I can't believe it!! Because of a poem it gave birth to this master piece!
