His name is Feilong. In the first chapters he servs as the bad guy until you find out that there is not so much bad about him.
He's a rival for Asami for a while (they have a complicated backgroundstory), at some point they reconcile. Feilong had feelings for Asami, but sorted them out.
The blonde guy is Mikhail, another rival to both Asami and Feilong. (Asami is a japanese gangster, Feilong chinese triad, Mikhail russian mafia). They have a thing going or not... we don't know yet what it will turn into

And may I asked if the long haired guy is some kind of rival ??? or is there a love interest between him and the other guy (uke/seme)???? plsss badly want to know, cuz i saw a spoiler where long haired guy is kissing another guy
