beta x omega can not have a child but its not entirely impossible. Fargo said, its possible if they have througg in vitro

Omegaverse doesnt have specific standard on how they can reproduce since it all depend on how the author create that universe in their story. Thats why there's so many version of these pairings and their reproductivity.
It follow how the author of the story desires or intent to create em.
