It's definitely rape if a person is unable to consent but what I'm thinking/hoping is maybe they didn't even have sex and he's tricking her into being stuck with him until he can win her over for real. He basically said that was his plan but they didn't verify if the sex happened for real or not since he was thinking that before they started kissing. I'm okay with it in a story just like the super possessive thing is hot in stories but IRL this shit is not okay.
