What I got from the last panel is that he isn't particularly talking abt harming Sungwoo but if Sungwoo did something that may be of importance to Leo other than flowers, Leo might fall for real for Sungwoo and become possesive of him. Like even if Sungwoo tries to shake him off later on (if he found out more of his secrets) he'll probably still hold on to Sungwoo no matter what. Lol. Just my thought. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
