Arwin just announced his marriage to Latte to the whole capital. He used fireworks display to announce it hahah.
Latte was eventually shocked when people started to send her gifts and visit her, trying to curry favor to the future wife of the Tower Master.
And Ibelin visits her too, obviously unnerved that not everyone is under her spell and enchanted by her. She tells Latte that she hates her. Though Latte's reaction to this is still not shown in the raws.
I'm looking forward to reading how Arwin fell in love with her! I believe it's going to be so sweet from the small snippets that I could read. He will reminisce about how he eventually fell in love with Latte and how he realized that she became his world.
