i got it from readin spoilers in forum. and i think jieun mentioned it as well, somewhere along the lines that she was humiliated after tia died. im not sure.
yeah you are right, she had no support group in the castle since she couldn't do shit. Not ong after Arista death the prince started to avoid her because he find her annoying and realized she was useless completely dumb and realizes his true feelings for Aristia but oh well she dead so he was most of the times annoyed by Jieun and with a really bad mood.
about how Jieun got this absolutely change of character
