Yeah but there's nowhere info about the intentions of the other team they could have tried to kill em also thing is he was too powerful for em to be able to do so, it's not just a tournament from the moment it says that death by "accident" wont be punished...
And btw it shows nowhere that he killed em just that he was cruel to them and tortured em since they wouldn't surrender but the ppl organizing the tournament did stop him.

The judge had already announced that the other team surrendered but he still didn't stop. Sure, he may be an actual "good" guy but the fact that he almost killed someone intentionally for the sake of a tournament just doesn't imply "good" to me.
