Yeah, I didn't get it either.
it's so that there is a new conflict in the story.
that's fine, I just think it could've been done differently so that it didn't make it an unrealistic turn of events..the way it flowed just didn't make sense
yeah, it felt forced to me when that happened.
I don't understand why they had to say he used to be Yakuza..they could've said that he went to get his "fathers'" things from his "uncle" and there was a fight with an old fart about the food stand and he got pushed..it took a total 180 from what I thought would happen
